How to run it in five minutes
Choose one question
Match it to trust, energy and meeting purpose. Do not turn the warm-up into a survey.
Answer first
The facilitator models the expected depth and keeps the response short.
Invite, never corner
Make passing normal. Avoid prompts about health, family, identity, money or personal hardship unless people volunteer that context.
Close on time
Use a timer and bridge one useful thread into the retrospective.
