Participants see shared updates, while facilitator controls keep reveals, rounds and activity changes coordinated.
Export retro and quiz reports as PDF. Retro boards can also be copied as Markdown or downloaded as text without signing in.
Live room names, participant names, contributions and activity results are stored by the service so the room can sync across devices. Anyone with a room link or code can enter and view that room; use a private channel to share it. A browser stores a saved-seat key locally to let someone reclaim their identity and Scrum Master role after leaving.
Saving a retrospective is optional. It requires sign-in and creates a private snapshot tied to that account, which can be deleted from My saved boards. Without saving, participants can still use every activity and export their work. Do not put passwords, sensitive personal details or confidential company data into a room unless your team is comfortable with this storage and sharing model.
